We offer three very effective and very simple in preparation masks for lovers of home masks for hair.

Hair mask from avocado, coconut milk and eggs – mask for dry damaged hair

Components contained in the flesh of the avocado and coconut milk restore hair structure, soften, moisturize, nourish, rejuvenate the skin and the whole organism.

Both avocado and this tropical milk include fats, proteins, trace elements (iron, potassium, magnesium, folic acid, copper, manganese), vitamins (especially vitamin E, and A, b, D, K), fatty acids, enzymes. These products are incredibly useful for the hair and scalp.

You need: 1 avocado, 3 tablespoons coconut milk, 1 egg.

You need to take a ripe avocado, if you take an immature one you will not manage to mash it. It will be very hard to wash it out. Mix all the components (best blender). Apply the mask on the washed hair. To intensify the effect, it is recommended to put on a shower cad and wrap the head with a towel. After 30 minutes, wash it off with warm water.

For oily hair can add a few drops of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. This mask perfectly heals the hair, gives it natural shine and helps in hair loss.

Mask for oily hair with yogurt

The protein included in the yogurt contributes to the strengthening hair. Coconut milk moisturizes the hair and skin. The use of yogurt for hair tames too unruly, curly hair, and in the summer yogurt is able to provide a cooling effect to the scalp.

You need: 5 tablespoons of yogurt without additives, 3 tablespoons coconut milk, 1 egg.

The albumen and yolk influence the hair in different ways: protein helps strengthen hair, and the yolk moisturizes and gives Shine ALONG WITH action of the natural yogurt. Leave the mask for an hour. Such composition should not be left longer, it can negatively affect hair. Wash with cool water, and after wash your hair with shampoo.

Mix yogurt with egg and apply on the scalp. Rinse with cool water and, if it is necessary, with shampoo.
