When I try to lose weight and keep a diet, coconut juice is my number one dietary drink, as on the one hand, it has little calories and carbs and you won’t gain fat drinking it, and on the other hand it contains many vitamins and minerals that are so necessary when you’re on a diet and cut down on other nutritional food.

Coconut water is extremely alkalizing, which is always a good thing. I often drink it either plain, or add it to smoothies and recipes. It’s especially good in the summer as it quenches thirst really well.
